USA Visa Documents Check List
- A passport valid for travel to the United States with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States.
- (5cmx5cm) photograph taken within the last six months.
- 5-year travel history.
- 06 Month Bank statement plus account maintaining letter.
- Job / Business Letter.
- NTN / FBR (if available).
- Bring photocopies of your relative’s proof of status (e.g. US Passport, Green Card, naturalization certificate, valid visa, etc.)
- Details of where you’ll be staying during your visit.
- Your current employer’s address and telephone number.
- Your Previous employer’s address, Supervisor name and telephone number.(If previously Employed).
- Your secondary education details.
- Your parent’s names and dates of birth.
- Your partner’s name and date of birth.
- Social media details.
Additionally, based on your purpose of travel, you should consider bringing the following at the day of interview:
Students
Bring your latest school results, transcripts and degrees/diplomas. Also bring evidence of financial support such as monthly bank statements, fixed deposit slips, or other evidence.
Visiting a relative
Bring photocopies of your relative proof of status (e.g. Green Card, naturalization certificate, valid visa, etc).
Previous visitors to the United States
If you were previously in the United States, any documents attesting to your immigration or visa status.
